A forklift is used for moving objects on flat surfaces, up to 16 tonnes and a height of 10 metres. For rough surfaces, a rough-terrain forklift is more suitable.
For indoor use, an electric forklift is usually used. For outdoor use, you can opt for a diesel or gas forklift, depending on the situation.
Note the following factors:
-The indoor or outdoor use
-The desired lifting height
-The lifting capacity (weight to be moved)
-The width and height of the forklift, especially if it needs to fit through narrow doorways.
